Dearest Kaltenfriends;
We are very pleased to announce the release of our latest album “Fissures”, now available for free download from the Petcord netlabel. Join us as we explore the dark depths of the Hadopelagic Zone, music inspired by massive pressures and arctic depths, heavy sounds from unknown sources.

[pc0311-02] Kalte – Fissures
We are very pleased to announce that we will be performing live at the Ambient Ping in Toronto on Tuesday March 8th to celebrate the release of our upcoming album “Fissures”. We will be performing a set drawn from the mysteries of the Hadopelagic Zone, cold music heard in inhospitable spaces, ominous and dark tones inspired by massive pressures and arctic depths. Our good friend URM and guests will also be performing that night along side a premiere screening of “Luminations”. There may also be cookies.
We hope that you’ll be able to join us.

We would like to thank Agniworld for their very thoughtful review of “Glaciations”.
We appreciate their kind words, and we raise a chilled libation in their honour.
We are pleased to announce that our third release, “Fissures”, will be coming out March 15th on the Petcord netlabel. Featuring five new songs inspired by the mysteries of the Hadopelagic Zone, “Fissures” continues our study of cold sounds and deep isolation.
If you’d like to be updated with more information about “Fissures”, Kalte live shows, or any other news we feel you need to know about, please add us on Twitter or join our group on Facebook. We’ll make sure to keep you up to date with the necessary Kaltenews.

Dearest Kaltenfriends;
The leaves are turning, the nights are getting longer and soon the winter will be here. As the colder weather approaches we are preparing to come out of our Sub-Arctic studio space with new music for you to enjoy, but in the meantime we would like to remind you of our earlier releases…
“The Lanthanide Series” was our first release which is available for free download from the highly regarded Stasisfield label.
“Glaciations” is our second release and is available for free download from our good friends at Dark Winter.
While you wait for new music from Kalte, you may also be interested to pursue our individual projects Akumu and mara’s torment.
As always we look forward to hearing from you, and we look forward to telling you more about upcoming music.
